Scotch® Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13 is a highly conformable, linered, semiconducting Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) based, high voltage splicing tape. Scotch® Tape 13 elongates easily to conform to irregular shapes and retains its conductivity when stretched.
